Chicago, March 30, 2011 Ripack/Sefmat, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of heat shrink guns and accessories has moved their North American partner (Ripack, Inc.) to new and improved facilities in Chicago. The new facility at 4118 N. Nashville Ave. in Chicago has upgraded the offices and warehouse facilities to better service its distribution network, thus a big improvement to its customers.
The office space has tripled with a state-of-the-art phone system and new office equipment. The warehouse facility has the capacity of 10,000 sq. ft. and is controlled by a constantly update MIN/MAX program. There is even space for repair work and a highly trained staff to conduct maintenance on Ripack equipment needing service.
Andru Ryniec, the North American Sales and Marketing Manager stated that this new facility’s main advantage is to decrease the time it takes to ship out products and service our customers. With this centralized location, questions will be answered in a timely manner adding to the resources already available to the Ripack distributors.
The new location in Chicago, just minutes from O’Hare International Airport, also enhances the ability for increased sales support of the distribution network. Demonstrations are just a plane ride or short drive away and a technical issue can be solved with a quick phone call or email.
Heat shrinking of pallets is a growing market in the packaging industry and Ripack, Inc. is ready to take on that challenge by making this commitment to its customers in North America. New distributors are being added weekly to better serve this need and the established network is aided by the new facility helping to increase their effectiveness.
