FRAZER, PA – Wallace Products Corp. Proudly announces a new 5-Ton trolley. This trolley, designed and built in the USA, comes in two different models. The Model W70-5188 is designed to fit on I-Beams with flange widths from 4.66" to 6" (Nominal 10" through 18 "S" type Beams and the Model W70-5124 for flange widths 4.66" to 7.87" (Nominal 10" through S24 X 106#). These trolleys feature a low distance from beam to pin (just over 4"). Their narrow design also permits the trolley to be easily used in a cantilever configuration, allowing the trolley to traverse through the brace and main legs.
Continuing Innovation
Founded in 1954, Wallace Products continues to expand their product line of affordable, portable lift equipment. With the increasing demand for higher capacity equipment, the firm has decided to re-introduce the trolley to shorten lead times from external suppliers. Designed with CAD, the prototypes passed internal testing to ANSI B30.16 for load carrying capacity. Built entirely on site at the Frazer facility, the trolley weighs 83 lbs. in the narrow version and 85 lbs for the larger size.
